# Poderes

Nesta fase o utilizador deve selecionar os poderes que pretende atribuir ao funcionário, que se encontram tipificados no FAF.

Ao selecionar "**Gestão de Funcionários**", o funcionário pode fazer a gestão de outros funcionários.

Por defeito fica como **funcionário não autónomo**, ou seja, pode registar, adicionar ou remover outros funcionários, mas os mesmos ficarão **pendentes de aprovação**. Se pretender pode definir que o **funcionário é autónomo**, ou seja, que **pode registar, adicionar ou remover outros funcionários** de forma autónoma.
